Your rental includes maintenance and support.
If you are experiencing an issue with your unit, please contact us with:
• Your full name
• Your service address
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo or short video if possible
We’ll respond as soon as possible.
Many common issues can be resolved quickly without a service visit.
Please check the following before requesting service:
• Make sure the unit is plugged in securely
• Check that the outlet has power
• Confirm the door is fully closed
• Ensure the cycle has been selected and started
• Make sure the drain hose is not kinked or blocked
• Confirm the drain hose is properly inserted into the drain pipe
• Check that your home drain line is not clogged
This is an all-in-one washer & dryer, so cycles take longer than traditional machines.
If items are slightly damp:
• Run a short additional dry cycle
• Avoid overloading the drum
• Separate heavy items (like towels) from lighter fabrics
• Make sure the unit is level
• Confirm it is not overloaded
• Remove bulky items and try again
• Check that the water hoses are tightly connected
• Ensure the drain hose is properly secured
• Do not overfill the machine
If leaking continues, contact us immediately.
If you see an error code:
• Take a photo of the display
• Send it to us along with your name and address
If you are moving, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because this rental has a 12-month minimum term, the unit must either:
• Be relocated to your new address (if serviceable), or
• Be returned according to your rental agreement
Please notify us at least 14 days before your move date so we can coordinate next steps.
Important:
• The new address must have a standard washer hookup
• Relocation may require a service fee depending on distance and logistics
• Do not attempt to disconnect or move the unit yourself
If you are unsure whether your new location is eligible, contact us before signing a new lease.
