How SpinCycle Rentals Works

Getting laundry at home is simple.

Step 1 – Apply Online

Fill out our short rental application.
It only takes a few minutes.

No payment is required to apply.

We’ll review your application and contact you with next steps.

Step 2 – Approval & Scheduling

Once your application is approved, we’ll coordinate your delivery.

Sunday delivery is currently available.

Step 3 – Delivery & Installation

On delivery day:

• We deliver the all-in-one washer unit
• Connect it to your existing washer hookup
• Test the unit to ensure proper operation

All that’s needed is a standard washer hookup (hot and cold water plus a drain line). No dryer hookup required.

Step 4 – Payment at Delivery

No payment is due until delivery.

On installation day:

• Your first month’s rental payment ($44.99) is due
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You’ll receive an email receipt

Monthly billing continues automatically after that.

Step 5 – Ongoing Support

Your rental includes:

• Maintenance and service
• Local Cleveland support
• Assistance if any issues arise
