Step 2: Confirm Your Hookups

Make sure you have a working washer and dryer hookup (electric or gas).
We’ll ask you to confirm this during the application process.

⚠️ It’s the customer’s responsibility to have a working hookup before delivery.

Step 3: Review & Sign the Rental Agreement

Once approved, we’ll send your rental agreement to review and sign electronically.
If you have any questions, our team is happy to help before you sign.

Step 4: Delivery & Installation

Our white-glove delivery team will bring your washer and dryer, set them up, and make sure everything works before leaving.

• One-time delivery & setup fee: $75
  
  

• First month is free — no payment is due until after installation is completed
  
  

• Deliveries are usually scheduled within 1–2 business days of signing
  
  

Step 5: Enjoy Hassle-Free Laundry

Once installed, your rental begins.
It’s $49/month with a 12-month minimum term, then month-to-month after that.
No hidden fees or surprise charges — just clean, simple laundry at home.

Step 6: Easy Monthly Payments

After delivery, you’ll receive your monthly rental invoices by email.
Payments can be made quickly and securely online by card or bank account.

Step 7: Service & Support

If your washer or dryer ever stops working, simply contact us.
We’ll repair or replace it promptly at no additional cost so you can get back to clean laundry fast.
